DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All orders paid for before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.
All UK orders will be sent by APC Overnight or Royal Mail. Saturday Delivery and other Priority delivery services are available at an extra cost. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and other non-domestic locations will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Collection is currently unavailable.

If you are returning the item to us because it is faulty, the return costs are covered by us (Within 30 days of receipt). Repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer. Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.     Great Picture. Slow Freeview TV Guide. Bluetooth sound issues when live streaming.

    Likes. Good picture. Wifi reception good. (seems better than my old Chromecast which stuttered now and again) Good value. Dislikes. 1. TV Freeview Guide navigation slow. However changing channels when viewing Freeview channels was quick enough. 2. Screen was fairly reflective so could easily see reflections. 3. Tried streaming content (netflix and iplayer) and used with bluetooth headphones or stereo. Noticed a time lag in sound so sound was out of synch with picture. Sound & picture synch was fine when watching Freeview or pre-recorded content. Just live streaming would you get this problem. Sound was ok. Not as good as my old tv but good enough for me. Also no magic remote and therefore no voice recognition and no screen cursor for navigation. Despite the above, the problems where not ...

    Good Smart TV does the job.

    Easy to set up. Crescent stand very flimsy and cheap plastic housing makes build quality inferior to my all metal 2011 Panasonic tv. Not worth the £4-500 price tag but overall a good smart tv with good picture quality although not noticeable on regular TV, only movies. Sound quality is exceptional though. No need for fancy frills this thing will blast your house down!

    Amazing picture, incredible sound easy to set up. Takes awhile logging into all the channels that work through wifi. ie iplayer. U can toggle picture and sound to get viewing experience right for u. Nice looking TV. Well packaged. Huge box it came in but easy to pull out and put stand on, which is v sturdy.

    4K - HDR, superb TV

    Great TV, fantastic display, easy UI and plenty of options to change. Sound in a small room can be deafening so be wary of that or consider a sound bar for better results. Overall however, this is a fantastic tv at a great price. Love that I can connect my laptop remotely through the same wifi and share my screen across, brilliant.
